About Us

This company came about when I became the owner of a large dog and found it impossible to find a well made, warm jacket that fit. Many hours were spent adjusting and readjusting patterns until I was satisfied. I was so happy with the fantastic outcome that I've decided to make available my dog coat styles to other conscientious dog owners that want the best for their friend.

I have a diploma in Fashion Design that I received in Vancouver, Canada. The courses that I completed allow me to produce patterns that are both structurally sound as well as esthetically pleasing to both owner and pet.

I also have a B.Sc. in Animal Biology from U.B.C with many courses in anatomy. This familiarity with the animal body is the cornerstone of my designs to make great fitting dog wear, for fun or function, that move with your dog.

All of the coats are constructed with quality materials and are made extra tough to stand up to a "go for broke" kind of dog. In addition to fine craftsmanship, I also believe that every dog should look his very best, so I've added in fun details to create the ultimate funky coat.

This company started out when we saw the need for great, well fitting dog products. Since then we have added new products that improve on old ideas and introduce new ones. I hope you like our concept and we will continue to bring you new innovative products in the future. Stay tuned....

Lastly I would like to thank my two great dogs, Sterling and Heidi, for their patience through many fittings!!!
